We needed a gift option for a select number of products in our quite large store and ran into trouble trying to apply the option to so many products. Enter Sid, the app creator, who is simply incredible! I've run multiple Shopify Stores for years now and I've never been more impressed with an app - or a support team. After less than week, we've already sold enough Add-on Gifts via the app that we've paid for the (very reasonable - less then $10) monthly price several times over. It was incredibly easy to set up, and when I had a few questions about how to customize things exactly the way I want the chat support from Sid was instant & really helpful.
I just wanted 1 thing to offer a free gift if you spend X in the cart NOT the cart drawer or create a new cart drawer that makes my site look like a jumping castle.. the ONLY app of a handful I've tried on the app store that works without issues, and you fully customize.. as an added bonus support was super helpful and instant.. thank you!
