April 2025 Update

In April, updates included the contextual save bar, disabling "Test on store" until saved, and a shake animation for unsaved changes. Inactive offers now disable key buttons, and a Pause App banner was added for inactive users.

April 2, 2025

1. The contextual save bar now appears at the top as soon as a campaign is initiated, even if no changes have been made to the setup.

2. The "Test on store" button is now disabled by default on custom discount campaigns upon initiation and becomes enabled when the setup is complete i.e after the setup is saved for the first time.

3. Clicking “View offer” after making unsaved changes now triggers a shake animation on the contextual save bar instead of proceeding.

4. "View offer" and "Test on store" buttons are now disabled for offers that are in a disabled state.

5. The Pause App banner is now visible on the home screen for users who have completed their trial period and either have all campaigns disabled or none created.

6. The Touch Points feedback modal has been added to the Free Gift and Goal-Based Progress Bar campaigns, consistent with the implementation in Fly.

In March 2025, Kite fixed Mixed Custom Discounts, limited options to 33, and sunsetted static BOGO. Unique discount messages were added, and bugs like shipping preview and "Pause App" visibility were resolved.
