Examples
- Free Gift, Spend Threshold: Spend $100 to get a free gift (for ‘US’ customers only)
- Collection-Based Percentage Off: Get 20% off on Collection A, for all customers except those in France.
- Location-Based Discounted Price: Discount All products are $100 each for customers in Canada and $125 each for customers in the US
Ways to Communicate on Storefront:
- Geo-Targeted Banners: Use a banner that is only visible to customers in the targeted location. For example, a customer in the US sees a banner that says: "Free Gift with $100+ Orders (US Only)." A customer in France would not see this banner.
- Clear, Country-Specific Language: At checkout, or on a product's shipping information page, be explicit about the rules. For the Canada/US example, the pricing can dynamically change based on the customer's location, or a tooltip can explain the different pricing.
