Is Kite free to use?

Yes. Kite Discount & Free Gift is free to install, and your first 50 discount orders each month are free. If you go over 50 orders in a month, billing moves to the Starter plan at $29 a month. The paid plans (Starter, Growth, and Pro) add higher limits and more features as you grow.
What counts as a discount order?

A discount order is an order where one of your Kite Discount & Free Gift offers or discount codes was applied. Orders that do not use one of these discounts do not count toward your monthly total, so on the Free plan you can process up to 50 discounted orders each month at no cost.
Which plan do I need if I am on Shopify Plus?

The Free and Starter plans are not available to Shopify Advanced and Shopify Plus stores. If you are on Advanced or Plus, choose the Growth or Pro plan. Pro also unlocks free gifts at checkout, which is available on Shopify Plus.
Can I run more than one offer at a time?

Yes. You can run several offers at once and combine discount types. Every plan lets you combine multiple discount types in a single code, and the higher plans add multiple rules per offer and unique triggers per rule, so you can stack product, order, and shipping discounts together.
Do I need a developer?

No. Kite Discount & Free Gift runs on native Shopify Functions, so you set up offers from the app with no code and no theme hacks. The Pro plan also supports fully custom discount functions when you need more advanced logic.
Is there a free trial?

Yes. The Starter, Growth, and Pro plans each include a 7-day free trial. The Free plan does not need one, since it is free to install and stays free for your first 50 discount orders each month. Choosing annual billing saves 14 to 16 percent, depending on the plan.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?

You can upgrade at any time. Bulk code limits rise from 10K on Starter to 100K on Growth, and Pro adds fully custom discount functions, free gifts at checkout for Shopify Plus, and priority support. On the Free plan, going over 50 discount orders in a month simply moves billing to Starter at $29 a month.
